Online voting is open for neighborhood projects
From October 19 to November 9, 2026, it is possible to vote online on the proposals of the fifth edition of the Participatory Budget of the Municipality of Bologna, the tool that allows local citizens to report, design and vote on improvement proposals for the public spaces of their neighborhood and their reference area.
The proposals in the competition
The 49 proposals admitted to the final vote are the result of the listening and co-design process started in recent months in the Neighborhood Laboratories. They concern interventions in public spaces, with projects related to urban livability, greenery and local meeting places.
In this edition, the Equity Factor was also introduced, a parameter that transforms expressed preferences into impact points to balance resources based on the specific needs of different areas.
YOU CAN VOTE IF:
- Are you 16 years old
- Are you a resident of the City of Bologna
- You are not a resident of the City of Bologna but here you work, study or volunteer
- You do not have Italian citizenship or you are stateless and you reside in the City of Bologna or here you work, study or volunteer
