Notification of absence at the meal
for those who attend a state school (kindergarten, primary, first grade secondary) or a municipal kindergarten with indirect management
Remember that
- If you know that your son or daughter will be absent from school, you must always report their absence at the meal: this way you will avoid wasting food and you will only pay for the meals actually eaten.
- Unless the school gives you different information, you must communicate your absence at the meal even in the event of strikes, school staff meetings, trips and educational outings.
- You must send the communication no later than 9 am on the day of absence: after this time, the notifications of absence are considered valid for the next day.
- You can also report multiple consecutive days of absence.
