The new digital facilitation service is underway in 12 neighborhood homes in the city
From Monday, July 6, Digital Homes, the new free and personalized support for access to digital services of the Public Administration, has been active.
Digital Homes, supported by the City of Bologna with the funding of the national program PN Metro Plus and Southern Medium Cities 2021—2027, promotes the development of digital skills with individual support activities and dedicated training courses.
Case Digitali wants to promote digital autonomy, participation and conscious access to services by citizens, promoting inclusion and ensuring a widespread and close presence in the area.
What is Digital Homes
- an individual and personalized support service, which offers free assistance for accessing the main online services of the Public Administration (such as the activation of SPID and Electronic Identity Card, the use of App IO, PagoPA, ANPR, SEND, the Electronic Health Record and online CUP reservations) and for the use of digital devices;
- assistance for welfare and daily practices, focused on support for the use of INPS services, Revenue Agency, LavorPerte, school enrollment, canteen and tuition services, energy bonuses, rent bonuses, tariff concessions, ACER practices, residence permits and family reunification;
- digital literacy courses and meetings: a schedule of appointments designed to increase digital skills and promote the safe use of daily tools such as email, PEC and home banking.
