Digital Streets

A project to understand and orient yourself in new technologies while you grow

cover of Digital Streets

At a time when digital has permeated every aspect of life since childhood, Digital Streets offers families tools, languages and ideas to navigate between screens, social networks, content and online relationships, with attention, listening, responsibility and even fun.

Digital Streets is an invitation to explore digital as a territory to know, live and cross together, without getting lost.

Digital Streets is dedicated to Vincent Plicchi, the young Bolognese creator who took his own life during a live social network in 2023 because of a violent wave of online hate directed against him.

To learn about Vincent's story and everything his family is doing to get justice, you can listen to the episode of Pablo Trincia's podcast A Warning Before We Start that talks about him.

Digital Streets is a project of the Department of Education and New Generations of the City of Bologna, created in collaboration with AICS | Italian Cyberbullying and Sexting Association and with Craq Design Studio and co-funded by the European Union as part of the PN Metro Plus and Southern Medium Cities 2021-2027.
