Green Food Week 2026

Friday, April 17, a sustainable menu in schools

Also this year, Bologna's school canteens are participating in Green Food Week, the national initiative organized by Foodinsider scheduled from 13 to 17 April 2026.

On Friday, April 17, in all schools in the city, a green menu will be proposed, consistent with the sustainability policies of the dining service.
The meal will consist of organic and short-chain products that reduce environmental impact.

• Fitalini with beans
• Potato pie with zucchini and basil
• Filanger carrots
• Seasonal bread and fruit
