At the end of the annual course, which saw the development of various activities, the Wellness Day with grandparents was organized: a party dedicated to the involvement of families and in particular of grandparents, to spread the culture of movement to all ages.
The protagonists of the June 6 event were 32 5-year-old boys and girls from Bruno Ciari's municipal kindergarten, their grandparents and some of the elderly people staying at the Asp Giovanni XXIII
.
With the Wellness Day with grandparents, an attempt was made to develop greater autonomy, self-confidence and sense of responsibility in children and to stimulate the psycho-physical well-being of the elderly by keeping them active.
The ASP guests were continuously involved with the pedagogical and curative planning, external to the project, conceived and conducted together with the school and lived throughout the school year as an opportunity for mutual experiential growth and sharing of an intergenerational culture.
