How to enroll in Summer Camps 2026
You can apply for enrollment in Summer Camps affiliated with the Municipality for those aged 3 to 14 only online by connecting to the dedicated portal on Iperbole with your SPID/CIE credentials.
Registrations, like last year, are organized in two different phases.
First phase: filling out and sending the application for enrollment
You can apply for enrollment starting from 1 pm on 13 April until 27 April 2026: you will then have plenty of time to evaluate the various proposals and choose which summer camps to include in the application.
Remember that:
- you can apply only for those who are resident in the City of Bologna;
- you can choose up to two alternative Summer Camps for each shift of attendance;
- before sending the application, check that you have entered all the shifts and summer camps that interest you: you can change the application only in the draft version, after the final submission you will no longer be able to make changes;
- with the submission of the application you will receive via email a link and an applicant code, which you will need for confirmation in the next phase, scheduled from 5 to 8 May 2026;
- in your personal Iperbole Area you can always view the copy of the application you submitted and retrieve your applicant code;
- sending the application for enrollment in this first phase does not give any priority or precedence over the order of assignment to Summer Camps;
- if you have noticed that you have made a mistake in an already submitted application or if you want to modify it, starting this year you can fill out a new one from scratch: be sure to enter all the rounds that interest you and respect the closing deadline of the call;
- If the same parent submits the application for registration for multiple sons/daughters, they will receive only one applicant code for all applications and it will be sufficient to make a single submission in the second phase. In this way, all applications submitted by the same parent are assigned the same date and time of submission.
Second phase: confirmation of the application for enrollment
From 5 to 8 May you must confirm your registration: to do so, you must connect to the link you received via email when sending the application and enter the applicant code. The link refers to a page, hosted in a dedicated Cloud, created specifically to manage the confirmations of registration applications. The confirmation of the application will take place, in a simple and fast way, with two simple clicks.
Remember that:
- without Phase 2 the question is void;
- if you do not confirm in the second phase, the registration will not be completed and you will have to wait for the reopening of the call to submit a new application;
- boys and girls with disabilities always take precedence: you must still register during the opening period of the call to request educational support and facilitate the programming of resources useful for the implementation of the inclusion project.
Assignments
The assignments to the Summer Camps will be ordered in this way:
- priority for children and girls with disabilities;
- chronological order of confirmation of applications from 5 to 8 May 2026, in relation to the availability of places in each summer camp.
The managers of the Summer Camps will proceed with the first assignments from 19 to 21 May.
Additional enrollment questions
On May 22, the list of places still available will be published.
Starting from May 25, you can submit new registration applications for places that are still available.
From 25 May you can apply even if you are not a resident of the City of Bologna.
In this phase, you can indicate only one preference for each week chosen and the assignments will follow only the chronological order in which the applications were submitted.
Contributions
Until April 20, thanks to the support of the Emilia-Romagna Region and the Municipality of Bologna aimed at resident families, you can apply for a contribution to have your son/daughter participate in a summer service.
