Are you between 15 and 29 years old and looking for an experience to leave your mark?
What is SAYES
SAYES is a volunteer opportunity proposed by VOLABO, the Volunteer Service Center of the Metropolitan City of Bologna, designed for those who want to take a first step, experiment, understand what they are passionate about and feel part of a community.
SAYES isn't just about “lending a hand”: it's about gaining experience, meeting new people, discovering the territory and growing by doing something concrete.
The operation is simple:
- choose the proposal that interests you;
- experience a concrete activity within the association;
- you can count on tutoring along the way.
You don't need special skills or previous experience: curiosity, the desire to get involved and do something that has value count.
Why participate in SAYES
SAYES is good for you if:
- you want to try volunteering without having to 'know everything already';
- you want to understand what you like to do and what you don't;
- you want to do something useful, together with other young people;
- are you looking for an experience that makes you feel active and involved.
SAYES is a space for experimenting, asking questions, learning by doing.
SAYES Summer Edition 2026: the rounds in which you can experiment with volunteering
- First Round: 15-28 June
- 2nd Round: 29 June - 12 July
- 3rd Round: 13-26 July
- 4th Round: August 31 - September 13
- residential experiences: you can participate in residential camps: experiences in which you live together, sharing activities, values and moments of growth within the association.
