CRESCO
The new network of communal spaces dedicated to boys and girls.
CRESCO is an integrated system of 30 inclusive, multifunctional and accessible spaces for everyone, distributed in the six districts of the city.
CRESCO spaces are presented as transversal places, which are modified according to need and users, welcoming both boys and girls from 6 to 11 years old, and girls and boys up to 18 years old, based on spaces and different time slots.
The CRESCO spaces are freely accessible to encourage spontaneous aggregation as much as possible and the activities they propose are intended to support the personal and school skills of girls and boys: they range from homework help for those who attend primary or secondary school, to more structured laboratory activities, play and recreational activities, trips to the territory, aggregative moments of socialization.
In each CRESCO space there is an educational team made up of an educator and an educator, for a total of about 80 educators throughout the city.
In CRESCO spaces, boys and girls can explore, germinate, develop skills, create connections, shape new opportunities and realize their potential.
The project is co-financed by the European Union as part of the PN Metro Plus 2021-2027.
